YouShortsCoach (“YouShortsCoach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a service operated by Actually Finland, a business registered in Finland.

2. The service
YouShortsCoach provides AI-generated coaching, analysis, and recommendations for YouTube Shorts creators based on public and authorized data from your YouTube channel. Insights are informational only and do not guarantee any specific growth, monetization, or performance outcome.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use YouShortsCoach. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that takes place under your account.
4. YouTube data and Google API Services
YouShortsCoach uses the YouTube Data API and Google OAuth to access read-only information about the YouTube channel you connect. By using the service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke YouShortsCoach’s access to your Google account at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Free accounts include a limited number of AI coaching reviews. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and are billed in Euro (EUR) through our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use paid features during this period you expressly agree that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, using it to violate any law, uploading unlawful content, or connecting a YouTube channel you are not authorized to manage.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your YouTube content. YouShortsCoach and its underlying software, design, and text are owned by Actually Finland and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Actually Finland’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved by the District Court of Pirkanmaa (Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
